Use this public page to request deletion of your BuySense account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall or open the BuySense app to make this request.

Send an email to andrey@brightmintapps.com from the email address connected to your BuySense account.

Additional Steps

If you have an active Google Play subscription for BuySense, cancel it in Google Play as well. Deleting your BuySense account does not automatically cancel subscriptions, purchases, refunds, or billing records managed by Google Play.

What Will Be Deleted

After we verify the request, we will delete the BuySense account associated with your request and the user data associated with that account.

This may include profile identifiers, app account records, saved app data stored on our systems, analytics identifiers that can reasonably be connected to your account, and related support or diagnostic records that can reasonably be connected to your account.

What May Be Kept

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or platform compliance purposes. App store purchase and subscription records are managed by Google Play or Apple App Store and may remain available in those platforms according to their policies.

Retention Period

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification. Limited records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes may be kept for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
